Damages or Wrong Items
We take great care in packaging and dispatching your order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jewelccaa@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will review your case and assist with a suitable resolution on a case-by-case basis.
